To ensure your Senator Wear, Kaftan, Agbada, Dashiki suit, or any outfit fits you flawlessly, please provide accurate body measurements. We strongly recommend using a flexible tape measure and having someone assist you.

How to Take Measurements (Tips)

• Wear minimal or fitted clothing (ideally underwear or a thin shirt).
• Stand straight with a relaxed posture.
• Do not pull the tape too tight — it should be snug but comfortable.
• All measurements should be in inches.

Required Measurements

Top / Shirt Measurements:

• Neck Circumference — Measure around the base of your neck (where the collar sits).
• Shoulder to Shoulder — Measure across the back from one shoulder bone to the other.
• Chest Circumference — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the armpits.
• Belly / Stomach Circumference — Measure around the fullest part of your belly (if applicable).
• Waist Circumference — Measure around your natural waistline (usually just above the belly button).
• Biceps — Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm.
• Sleeve Length — Bend your arm slightly, measure from the shoulder seam down to your wrist.
• Shirt / Top Length — Measure from the highest point of your shoulder (neck side) straight down to your desired length (usually knee, mid-thigh, or hip level).

Trouser Measurements:

• Trouser Waist — Measure around your waist where you normally wear your pants.
• Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
• Thigh Circumference — Measure around the fullest part of one thigh.
• Knee Circumference — Measure around the knee.
• Crotch Length (Rise) — Measure from the front top of the waistband, through the legs, to the back waistband.
• Inseam — Measure from the crotch down to the ankle along the inside of the leg.
• Outseam / Trouser Length — Measure from the top of the waistband down the outside of the leg to the ankle.
• Ankle Width — Measure around the ankle (for the hem opening).

For Agbada / Long Robe:

• Agbada Length — Measure from the shoulder down to your desired overall length (usually mid-calf or ankle).
