Shipping Policy

At Kavari Royale Atelier, we craft each piece with care and precision. Because most of our garments are bespoke or made-to-measure, we ask for your patience during the production process so we can deliver the exceptional quality and perfect fit you deserve.

Order Processing Time

  • Bespoke / Made-to-Measure Items (Senator wears, Kaftans, Agbada, etc.): 3–7 business days
  • Ready-to-Wear or Accessories: 2–5 business days

Processing time begins once your order is confirmed and payment has been received. During peak seasons (festivals, weddings, end-of-year), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship within Nigeria and to selected international destinations.

Within Nigeria:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days after dispatch (Lagos & major cities: usually 2–3 days; other states: 2–5 days)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select cities at an additional cost)

International Shipping:

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • We use reliable international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. But mostly DHL which is usually faster.

Exact delivery times and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight/dimensions of your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:
    • Destination
    • Weight and size of the package
    • Chosen shipping method
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on orders above a certain amount (announced on the website or via email).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your package using the link provided or on the courier’s website.

Important Notes

  • Customs & Duties (International Orders): All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. These charges may be collected by the courier upon delivery.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.).
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you.
  • Signature Required: Some international or high-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
